Terms:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted. F.O.B. Saukville, WI. All orders are final. Any cancellation of orders shall be charged a re-stocking/ cancellation fee no less than 50% of the balance of the unshipped order.

Warranty Information:

All claims or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days.

All products sold by Alliance Technology LLC, carry a one-year warranty against workmanship and materials. In no event shall Alliance Technology, LLC be liable for any consequential or other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, loss of business information or damage to computer equipment or other contents) arising out of the use of this carrying case.  In any event, Alliance Technology, LLC’s entire liability under any provision of this limited warranty shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the original purchaser for this carrying case.

Unless otherwise arranged or contracted, buyer must secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number code from Alliance Technology LLC, then return the defective case prepaid.  Alliance Technology LLC will then return the case prepaid back to you (the shipper or other if specified) after repair or replacement.  Unless agreed otherwise, return cases are shipped via UPS ground.

Damaged cases not covered by warranty or beyond the warranty time frame may be returned for repair at a reasonable charge.  Please call our customer service department for a quote and instructions.
